Manufacturing process referenceLeaf build and reinforcement
Core or infill, face substrate, lock block, edge and dimensional baseline are defined before the batch proceeds.

Factory-integrated execution
LANDO connects the commercial brief to an approved manufacturing route, then manages samples, checkpoints, packing and export release around the agreed specification.
The photographs below are representative manufacturing-process references, not evidence that every machine or facility is owned by LANDO. The nominated factory, process route, capacity and order-specific inspection scope are confirmed before contract.
Production sequence
Process requirements change by PVC foil, melamine, WPC and steel programs. LANDO records the agreed variables in the order file.
Manufacturing process referenceCore or infill, face substrate, lock block, edge and dimensional baseline are defined before the batch proceeds.
Process referencePVC foil or decorative face, bonding process, grain direction, edge treatment and sample are coordinated.
Process referenceLock, hinge, closer, glazing and other preparation should follow the confirmed hardware schedule.
Process referenceVisual quality, edge integrity, color direction and handling protection are reviewed against the approved sample.
Process referenceProfile geometry, chamber structure, reinforcement direction and process consistency are checked by selected route.
Process referenceDoor board, jamb, casing, joint detail and hardware holding points are prepared as one system.
Process referenceFor rated supply, no component substitution is allowed outside the exact valid evidence and approved configuration.
Quality process referenceDimensions, squareness, appearance, finish, edge, hardware preparation, quantity and labels are reviewed at the agreed acceptance level.
Export process referenceExport packing
Finish sensitivity, loose frames, glass, hardware, container mix and unloading method change the packaging solution. The final pack is confirmed against the actual product mix.
Quality gates
The scope is agreed by product risk, order value and buyer requirement. Independent third-party inspection can be discussed where appropriate.
Approved sample, drawing, BOM, finish code, hardware schedule, labels and packing baseline.
Key materials and the first completed unit checked before batch production continues.
Selected dimensions, machining, edge, finish consistency and assembly sampled during production.
Quantity, model mix, appearance, packing, shipping marks and loading condition reviewed.
