Finish sensitivity, loose frames, glass, hardware, container mix and unloading method change the packaging solution. The final pack is confirmed against the actual product mix.

Inspection is a plan, not a promise.

The scope is agreed by product risk, order value and buyer requirement. Independent third-party inspection can be discussed where appropriate.

01Pre-production file

Approved sample, drawing, BOM, finish code, hardware schedule, labels and packing baseline.

02Incoming and first article

Key materials and the first completed unit checked before batch production continues.

03In-process review

Selected dimensions, machining, edge, finish consistency and assembly sampled during production.

04Pre-shipment release

Quantity, model mix, appearance, packing, shipping marks and loading condition reviewed.
