Are the door leaf, frame and casing all WPC?
They can be supplied as a coordinated WPC system, but the exact leaf, frame and casing profiles must be confirmed by section drawing and approved sample. Buyers should not assume every quoted set uses the same material for all components.
Does WPC mean the complete door is waterproof?
WPC material is selected for moisture-conscious applications, but a complete-door claim depends on the exact profile, joints, finish, reinforcement, hardware openings, frame installation and exposure conditions. Ask for test evidence where a performance claim is required.
Which WPC surface finishes are available?
Possible routes include PVC foil wrapping, heat-transfer decoration or coating. Availability and durability depend on the nominated factory process, profile geometry, color and approved physical sample.
How should hinge and lock strength be checked?
Confirm the reinforcement method, screw-holding locations, approved hardware, machining positions and sample-door test. The external appearance alone does not show whether the hardware zones are suitable.
