FAQ

Early answers for door buyers.

A final quotation still depends on the selected construction, quantity, destination and delivery requirement.

Can LANDO customize sizes, finishes and cores?

Yes, within the selected manufacturing route. Feasibility depends on the door system, opening, finish process, quantity and required performance.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Destination market, buyer type, product reference, door or opening size, quantity, construction expectation, finish, frame, hardware, evidence requirements, packing and destination port.

Does a fire-door image prove a fire rating?

No. A rating applies to the exact complete assembly and installation conditions, supported by valid evidence accepted for the destination.

How are colors approved?

Screen and printed colors are indicative. Production follows an approved physical sample, with supplier and batch availability confirmed before order.

Can mixed models be loaded in one container?

Possibly. It depends on minimum production quantities, dimensions, packaging, model mix and an approved loading plan.
